Help Mindy Rebuild Riptides

Mindy Hibbitt, owner of Riptides Shave Ice & Snacks, has suffered a heartbreaking loss after Hurricane Lowell completely destroyed her iconic South Side snack shack.

For so many locals and visitors, Riptides was more than just a place to stop for a treat. It was a part of the local spirit, where Mindy shared aloha and created moments of joy for everyone who came by.

This fundraiser is to help Mindy take the first steps toward rebuilding Riptides Shave Ice from the ground up. The support raised will go toward completely rebuilding the structure, replacing all of the equipment, and restocking inventory so the business can open its doors again.
